Jon just came out to repair a leak in the ceiling of our kitchen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He gave me the best price compared to other estimates I had received. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Jon did some work for a neighbor and stopped by to introduce himself. Had to have the water line from the meter to the house replaced due to a leak. Jon came quickly, quoted and scheduled the job quickly. When the work was done they left my yard in good condition, minimal clean up and that is only because I am very particular about things. I will use him again.

It's rare to find a service experience that truly shines, but Flowgood Plumbing Solutions absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had a frustrating plumbing issue that another company diagnosed as requiring expensive appliance replacements. Feeling uneasy, I decided to get a second opinion and called Flowgood.
That's when I had the pleasure of meeting Jon. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to really understand the problem and meticulously investigate the situation. Unlike the previous plumber, Jon didn't jump to the most costly solution. Instead, he expertly identified the actual root cause of the issue – a minor loose connection – and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
I was absolutely floored! Not only did Jon save me a significant amount of money, but he was also professional, courteous, and clearly highly skilled. It's refreshing to encounter such honesty and competence.
If you're looking for a plumber you can trust to provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions without breaking the bank, look no further than Flowgood Plumbing Solutions. And if you're lucky enough to have Jon handle your service, you're in excellent hands! I wholeheartedly recommend Flowgood and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
